Granite Arrow Property is a multifamily rental and development company. Formed in 2015 Granite Arrow has been providing superior homes for residence of New Hampshire for years.

Whether the unit in question is a small one bedroom apartment, or an expansive modern single family home it is our desire to ensure each offering becomes part of the New England fabric in its own distinct way. Simply put, to us we are not dealing in buildings but rather living breathing parts of the community.

For our rental offering our goal is to provide unique homes at attractive rental rates. In fact, we monitor regional rental rates to ensure the apartments we offer are attractively price relative to the market median. While this may sound counter intuitive, we believe in the long run it makes for better business.

For our clients purchasing our new construction we hope to provide a structure that will become the physical anchor of the family for years to come. For this reason the highest attention to detail is paid. If there is an option between wowing or just satisfying we are choosing the former every time.
